Scandia Lodge was organized on October 10, 1959.

Meetings

Scandia Lodge holds meetings monthly on the 2nd Saturday 2:00 p.m. Place: Hope Lutheran Church (Office Center), Barstow & Fresno Streets (NW corner), Fresno, CA. Meetings consist of business, cultural programs, and occasional special outings. Special Events: Central California Kretsstevne in Buellton, CA and Christmas Party(norsk type).

SPECIAL EVENTS- FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

Scandia Lodge plans to include events of Norwegian traditions and refreshments, rosemaling demonstration, lefse making, and learning a few new Norwegian words. Community projects are directed to the local family shelters.
